Vintage Arabic posters get a second call of duty.

Award-winning El Five is the fifth chapter in Justin Cucci’s restaurant group, Edible Beats.

Cucci wanted to use interior graphics to cover the walls of El Five with his collection of vintage Arabic movie posters to bring a Mediterranean vibe to Denver’s LoHi neighborhood, and Harmonic Media rose to the challenge. Using a classic application method, Harmonic combined flour, sugar, and water to make wheat paste that transformed the movie posters into wall decor. These classic Arabic movie posters are featured on counters, restrooms, and ceilings, and using this wheat paste application method will help preserve the antique prints.
